We are a collection of historical properties and a community.
We build community through meticulous historic preservation, and reverence for the local culture.
In all we do there is a sense of place, permanence, and pride.
We view ourselves not just as proprietors, but stewards of our historic properties, and the natural environment all around us.
Our wish is to create spaces where our residents—along with the culture bearers and artists of our neighborhoods—can collaborate and connect.
We view our work in real estate as a medium to preserve the human resources, artistry, and labor that have been invested in historic structures. We set a standard among our community in how we hire, treat, and compensate our employees and vendors.
